Wet Granulation
With facility to ad binders and liquids, the wet granulation is very effective. The tangetially attached chopper gives a quick and even distribution of binders and liquids and it helps from noncompacted granules to uniform size by the chopper.

Mixing
Efficient mixing is achieved by using two speed three blade rotor that rotates and in turn causes. A vortex in the materials and gives quick even and gentle distribution of ingredients. The blade is designed to maximize the mixing effect.

The Mixing Blade
Tangentially attached. Blades enlarged at end to maximize swirl-mix effect minimum bottom and wall clearances for maximum product yield.
